When you buy Visaris Inspect, you are not purchasing the software itself, but access to the platform and its tools through the licences you select. You begin by choosing a package (Inspection, Inspection and Rework, or Inspection, Rework and Verification), then decide who in your organisation needs access to each stage of the workflow.
Every package includes:
- Administrator access to the back office: Each package includes one administrator login, which provides access to the back office. This is where you create and configure inspections, manage components and defect lists, set workflows and permissions, and monitor activity across inspection, rework and verification stages.
You can access the back office via the client area on the Visaris Inspect website or by using the link provided when your administrator account is created.
- Role‑based licences for the mobile app: Depending on the package you select, you choose how many licences you need for inspectors, rework users and verifiers.
All licensed users can access the mobile app, and each user only sees the tools and tasks relevant to their licence type.
The app is available on iOS and Android devices and supports offline working where needed.
- Platform updates and support: All licences include access to platform updates, new features and support to help you get set up and keep everything running smoothly.
