How is Visaris Inspect structured?

Visaris Inspect is made up of two parts: the back office and the mobile application. They work together as a single system, with each designed for different tasks within the inspection workflow.

The back office

The back office is the administrative and configuration area of the system. It runs in a web browser and is used to set up inspections, manage components and defect lists, and monitor progress across the inspection, rework and verification stages. Managers can view reports, track KPIs and export data for further analysis. This is also where schematic structures are created and maintained, ensuring that inspections in the field follow a clear and accurate representation of the asset.

Most configuration takes place here before any work begins on site.

The mobile application

The mobile app is used by inspectors, rework teams and verifiers to carry out their work on site. It runs on both iOS and Android devices and supports offline working for locations with limited connectivity.

This is where users complete guided inspections, log defects, capture evidence and carry out rework or verification tasks. The schematic‑led approach helps users navigate the asset, follow the sequence of checks and collect information consistently.
