Visaris Inspect uses a role‑based licensing model. You choose a package, then select the type and number of licences needed for your inspection workflow. Each licence gives a user access to the specific parts of the platform they require.

Administrator licence: Provides access to the back office, where inspections are configured and managed. Every package includes one administrator licence.

Inspector licence: Gives access to inspection tools in the mobile app. Inspectors can follow guided inspections, capture evidence and record findings on site.

Rework licence: Provides access to rework tasks in the mobile app. Users can view assigned defects, complete rework activities and update records directly in the system.

Verification licence: Gives access to verification tools in the mobile app. Verifiers can review completed rework, record outcomes and complete final sign‑off.

You only purchase the licences you need, and users only see the tools relevant to their role.
