After completing your purchase:

• You will receive an order confirmation email.
• We will set up your account and assign your licences, which you (as the administrator) will manage in the back office. This usually takes up to 3days.
• Once your account is ready, you will receive a second email with your administrator login details, instructions for accessing the back office, and guidance on downloading and accessing the mobile app for your licensed users.

Once your administrator account is active, you can begin configuring your package in the back office and inviting users.
